Returns

If you receive Goods which do not match those ordered or if the Goods you receive are faulty, you should contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange collection and return.

If you are returning Goods (other than faulty Goods) all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.

Goods can either be returned to our store or by post. If returning by post, you must complete the Returns Form.

A reduction in the amount refunded can be made by us if the value of the Goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the Goods more than was necessary (the extent to which you can handle the Goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in our shop).

You will need to pay for the postage but we will refund the basic delivery charge if we have made an error in our delivery or if the item received is faulty. We will also refund your delivery charge if you are a Consumer and an EU customer cancelling under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You must obtain proof of postage.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

If you are a Consumer, this does not affect your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Cancellation must be made in writing.


Exceptions to Returns Policy

For reasons of health and hygiene safety , we are unable to exchange or refund the following products once worn or once the packaging has been opened or damaged unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose:

  1. hats
  2. hair accessories
  3. hosiery

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
