4.1 Sales made through the Website are available to UK customers only and We only deliver to UK addresses. International customers (consumer and business) must contact us if they wish to purchase Goods.

6.4 A contract for purchase is deemed to be made when We dispatch the goods to You and send dispatch confirmation or when You collect the Goods from Us.
6.5 In the unlikely event that We decline your Order, we will notify you by email at the address supplied. If payment for that Order has been received by Us, we will refund that as soon as We can, which will not exceed 14 days.

9.5 Force Majeure : We will not be liable for failure to meet our obligations detailed in these Term and Conditions due to any cause that is beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to : power failure, internet service provider failure, fire, flood, storms or acts of war or terrorism (including cyber terrorism).
9.6 If an event as described under ‘Force Majeure’ occurs we will inform You as soon as We can. If the event causes an unreasonable delay in us fulfilling our obligations We will cancel the Contract and inform you thus. Any refunds due as a result will be processed as described previously, subject to the type of Force Majeure event.
