2.1 This Website is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the website will be free of defects and / or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by the law we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
2.2 We accept no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, legal restrictions and censorship.
2.3 Misuse of this website is strictly forbidden including (but not limited to) attempting to access to its administration screens without authorisation, attempting to upload material to the website without authorisation or attempting to disrupt its operation. This website logs all access to it and misuse will be reported to the Internet Service Provider of offending IP addresses.
3. Applicability of these Terms
3.1 These Terms and Conditions apply only to purchases made on the Website by Consumers.
3.2 Terms and Conditions for sales made in our shop are available on demand from Us.
3.3 Terms and Conditions for Business Customers are also available on demand from Us.
4. Non-UK Customers
4.1 Sales made through the Website are available to UK customers only and We only deliver to UK addresses. International customers (consumer and business) must contact us if they wish to purchase Goods.
5.1 We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, images, pricing and availability information for our Goods is correct. However:
5.2 Images are illustrative only and both lighting conditions when the image was taken and the type of display You are using to view the Website may cause slight variation in the rendered colour.
5.3 We cannot guarantee that the Goods will always be available. Goods shown as in stock are to the best of our knowledge available for us to supply to you in a reasonable timeframe.
5.4 We make all reasonable efforts to display the correct information regarding pricing. We reserve the right to introduce and remove sales and offers at any time and to refuse Orders where the description or price of the Goods is in error.
5.5 In the event of incorrect pricing:
- If the correct price is lower than You have paid, We will only charge the lower amount.
- If the correct price is higher than You have paid We will contact you to advise you of the correct price and verify that you agree to pay the higher price. If you decline, or if we are unable to get a response from you in a reasonable time, the Order will be cancelled and refunds issued as appropriate.
5.6 All prices shown on our Website include VAT at the appropriate current rate where applicable. If the VAT rate changes between You placing an Order and the Invoice Tax Point, the amount of VAT charged will be adjusted.
VAT Invoices are available to all customers on request.
5.7 Prices shown on our Website do not include delivery charges. Delivery options and charges are shown during the checkout process before you are committed to purchase the Goods.
6.1 The Product pages and Checkout screen on the Website will guide you through the process of placing an Order. You must agree to these Terms and Conditions before the Order can be placed.
6.2 Upon placing the order We will send you an email detailing the items and options orders and total cost including VAT and delivery. This email will also detail your Order number.
6.3 The Order process is considered to be a request to purchase goods (contractual offer) but is non-contractual at the point of placing the Order.
6.4 A contract for purchase is deemed to be made when We dispatch the goods to You and send dispatch confirmation or when You collect the Goods from Us.
6.5 In the unlikely event that We decline your Order, we will notify you by email at the address supplied. If payment for that Order has been received by Us, we will refund that as soon as We can, which will not exceed 14 days.
6.6 Any refunds due will be made by the same payment method as used in the original Order payment.
7.1 Payment for Goods (and delivery where appropriate) must always be made in advance. The Website checkout process details the available payment methods and We reserve the right to withdraw and add such methods at any time.

9. Liability to Customers
9.1 We will not be responsible for any loss that is not foreseeable.
9.2 Goods sold under these Terms and Conditions are for domestic and private use only. We do not guarantee that they are fit for business, commercial or industrial use. We will not be liable for any consequential loss of business, loss of profit or opportunity.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence on the part of Us or our employees or agents.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to affect your legal rights as a consumer according to the legislation in place at the time of purchase.
9.5 Force Majeure : We will not be liable for failure to meet our obligations detailed in these Term and Conditions due to any cause that is beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to : power failure, internet service provider failure, fire, flood, storms or acts of war or terrorism (including cyber terrorism).
9.6 If an event as described under ‘Force Majeure’ occurs we will inform You as soon as We can. If the event causes an unreasonable delay in us fulfilling our obligations We will cancel the Contract and inform you thus. Any refunds due as a result will be processed as described previously, subject to the type of Force Majeure event.

10.2 We are always pleased to receive feedback about the Goods we sell. General comments and suggestions may be sent to us by mail or email. Feedback on specific Products can be made through the website product pages (“Reviews”). Such reviews are subject to moderation by Us and may appear on the Website at our discretion.
11 Other Terms
11.1 We may transfer our rights and obligation under these terms to a 3rd party if (for example) We sell Our business in which case you will be informed by email if you have purchased goods that are still subject to our returns policy or are in warranty.
11.2 You may transfer your rights under these terms to a 3rd party if you giving the Goods as a gift. Rights may not be transferred if you are reselling the goods for commercial gain. In all cases, the Contract for purchase remains between You and Us.
11.3 If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall remain enforceable.
11.4 If we choose to waive any of our rights in these Terms and Conditions (for example, goodwill), it applies only to that specific Contract and not to any subsequent dealings with You.
11.5 We may alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. The Terms and Conditions applicable to any Contract are those published on the Website at the time of purchase.
11.6 Any matters arising from Contracts made under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the part of the UK in which you reside.
